Assistant Coach, All Levels

Lanie Andrews

Lanie Andrews brings with her an exceptional playing background and a proven track record of building programs the right way.

A standout at FDU–Florham from 2010–2013, Lanie earned induction into the university’s Hall of Fame in 2020 after a decorated collegiate career. She remains among the program’s all-time leaders, ranking third in career goals (34), fourth in career points (88), and fifth in career assists (30), while also posting one of the most dominant single-game performances in school history with nine points and four goals. Her impact on the field earned her MAC Freedom First Team honors in 2012, Second Team recognition in 2013, NFHCA All-Region Second Team in 2012, and a selection to the NFHCA Division III Senior All-Star Game in 2013.

Lanie’s success has carried seamlessly into her coaching career, most notably as Head Coach at Manalapan High School from 2019–2025. There, she engineered one of the most impressive turnarounds in the Shore Conference. Taking over a program that had gone 2-51-3 from 2014–2018 with no postseason appearances, Lanie led Manalapan to 51 wins, multiple State Tournament appearances (2020–2025), and Shore Conference Tournament berths (2022–2025). Under her leadership, the program achieved historic milestones, including its first-ever State Tournament win in 2020 and its first Shore Conference Tournament victory in 2024.

In addition to her high school success, Lanie has contributed to athlete development through her work with Centercourt Skills Clinics and the U14 Regional Academy, and previously coached with H20 Indoor, helping teams qualify for the National Indoor Tournament.

Lanie brings a rare combination of competitive excellence, leadership, and a genuine passion for developing athletes at every level. Her commitment to building strong, confident players and cohesive teams makes her an outstanding addition to the Phoenix Elite family.
