Based in Ocean County, New Jersey, Phoenix Elite’s goal as an organization is to offer our local athletes the opportunity to train and compete at an elite level. However, Phoenix Elite is about more than just sport – our mission is to empower our athletes both on and off the field – in order to build and foster their confidence in whatever path they choose beyond the playing field. Our field hockey training facilities and coaches are among the best in New Jersey.

We provide a combination of services that address the needs of the female athlete. Our coaching staff reflects U.S. and international experience with playing and/or coaching at the collegiate and national level. Our coaches take an innovative approach to developing the technical strategies and motivational potential of each player. We take pride in our ability to “make a difference” for athletes at all skill levels.
