A standout at Rider University, Megan was a two-time team captain during her junior and senior seasons and a four-year starter. As a senior midfielder, she earned Second Team All-NEC honors and was named to the NEC All-Tournament Team, starting every game of the season. Her junior year was equally impressive, earning First Team All-NEC recognition as a defender, NEC Offensive Player of the Week honors, and a national ranking among the top 20 in defensive statistics.
She started every game as a freshman and sophomore, helped lead Rider to an NEC Championship and NCAA Tournament appearance in 2022, and tied for fourth nationally in defensive saves during her sophomore campaign. In addition to her on-field success, she was a four-year member of the NFHCA National Academic Squad and was named to the 2025 CSC Academic All-District Team.
Before Rider, Megan was a record-setting athlete at New Egypt High School, finishing her career with 86 goals and 41 assists. A four-year varsity starter, she earned three First Team All-BCSL selections, three Times of Trenton All-Area honors, and First Team All-Group 1 recognition in 2022.
Her club experience with Jersey Intensity (2015–2022) included competition in JPOL, JPIL, RCCs, NITs, and major regional showcases. She also participated in the Futures and Nexus programs from 2018–2021 and was selected to compete in the 2019 NFC Championship for Region 6.
In addition to her playing career, Megan has built a diverse coaching background. She has coached recruiting clinics and camps at Rider University, worked with U14–U16 athletes at Jersey Intensity, led small-group outdoor winter training sessions, and coached summer clinics with the Allentown Scarlets.
Megan further expanded her expertise as a Strength and Conditioning Intern at Princeton University, in Summer 2024, where she trained collegiate athletes in speed, power, and conditioning. She also led group and individual performance sessions for youth athletes, focusing on speed and change of direction development.
Megan will be assisting with all age-group levels of the club.
