With the start of the Spring sports season being pushed back by the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association (NJSIAA) due to COVID-19, why not keep your lacrosse skills on point across the winter months with indoor training with Phoenix Elite?
Our lacrosse training sessions are geared toward the lax player who wishes to raise the bar on their game – whatever level they’re currently playing.
Attack-minded drills such as shooting, dodging and feeding, as well as defensive positioning and stick work, will also be covered across the six weeks in a progessive environment. We offer a low, 10:1 player to coach ratio in order to employ individual attention to detail.
The best part? – we’re hosting two six-week, hour-long sessions on Saturdays that end just days (March 27) before the NJSIAA is allowing in-person training to begin on April 1.
This means you can train across the winter with our Elite staff right up until school practice commences – never losing a step!
We train at the Elite Sports Center – centrally located off Exit 83 in Toms River – easily accessible from anywhere in Ocean and Monmouth Counties.
Spots remain available for U-19, U-14 and U-10 age groups.
Don’t let the competition come into season a stick up on you! Rise above with Phoenix Elite!
