Fall FUNdamentals Skills Sessions

Our Foundations & Fundamentals program is designed for brand-new and beginner players to build a strong starting point in the sport — all while having fun! Through engaging drills, small-sided games, and hands-on coaching, athletes will:

  • Learn the Basics — stick handling, passing, receiving, shooting, and defensive positioning

  • Build Confidence — develop coordination, spatial awareness, and game understanding

  • Play the Game — apply new skills through fun, game-like scenarios

  • Grow Together — foster teamwork, communication, and a love for field hockey

2025 Fall Foundations & FUNdamentals 

  • Dates: Sundays; September 7, 14, 21, 28; October 5 & 12
  • Fee: $135
  • Time: 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • Ages: Must be at least 5 years old
  • Turf field surface
  • Previous sessions have sold-out quickly – DON’T delay Registering!

*Training will take place at turf field in Toms River, TBA.
