Spring FUNdamentals Session

Our Foundations & Fundamentals program is designed for brand-new and beginner players ages 5-11 to build a strong starting point in the sport — all while having fun! Through engaging drills, small-sided games, and hands-on coaching, athletes will:

Grow Together — foster teamwork, communication, and a love for field hockey

Learn the Basics — stick handling, passing, receiving, shooting, and defensive positioning

Build Confidence — develop coordination, spatial awareness, and game understanding

Play the Game — apply new skills through fun, game-like scenarios

• Fee: $150
• Time: 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
• Ages: 5-12 years old (beginning players)
• Turf Field
• Sessions capped at 25 athletes – DON’T delay Registering!
