Phoenix Elite Indoor Field Hockey: Skills & Scrimmages (Winter Session)

Take your game to the next level this winter with Phoenix Elite’s Indoor Skills & Scrimmages program! Designed for athletes ages 10–16, this fast-paced, high-energy training series focuses on developing sharp stick skills, quick decision-making, and smart positioning in the tight spaces of indoor play.

Players will refine fundamentals like first touch, ball control, passing accuracy, defensive footwork, and finishing — then put it all into action during structured scrimmages each week. Perfect for both experienced players and those new to the indoor game, sessions are built to challenge, inspire, and grow confidence in a fun, competitive environment.

2026 Winter Indoor Skills & Scrimmages

  • Dates: Tuesdays January 6, 13, 20; February 3, 10 & 17
  • Fee: $200
  • Time: 6 to 7:30 p.m.
  • Ages: Must be at least 10 years old
  • Hard indoor gym surface
  • Sessions capped at 25 athletes – DON’T delay Registering!

*Sessions will take place in the gym at St. Mary Academy, 400 Doc Cramer Blvd., Manahawkin, NJ
